How It Works
1. Choose Your Diamond
Purchase your diamond through LoveCarats.com or one of our TikTok LIVE shows.
2. Send Us Your Design
Email our concierge team at info@lovecarats.com with your order number along with a photo, sketch, or description of the engagement ring you would like us to create.
Please include any preferences you may have, such as gold color, ring size, setting style, or other design details.
3. We Create Your 3D Design
Our team will review your diamond and design request and create a custom 3D rendering of your engagement ring, allowing you to visualize the design before production begins.
4. Receive Your Bespoke Quote
Once your design has been reviewed, our concierge team will provide you with pricing for your custom ring.
5. Your Ring Is Made for You
Once the design and pricing are approved, your bespoke engagement ring will move into production and be crafted specifically for you.
