Returns & Refunds
All diamonds purchased from Love Carats are final sale.
We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds for diamonds once an order has been completed and delivered.
Once tracking confirms that your package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order, the order is considered received and completed.
We strongly recommend reviewing all product information, diamond specifications, measurements, and details before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
Love Carats does not accept exchanges on diamond purchases.
Because each diamond is individually selected, sold, and allocated to an order, purchases cannot be exchanged for another diamond, size, shape, carat weight, color, clarity, or specification after the sale has been completed.
